The landlord or a person appointed by themselves has the right
to inspect the property by prior appointment.
2. Number of Occupants:
Under no circumstances are people not included on the reservation
form allowed to sleep in the apartment without prior arrangement.
3. Behaviour:
The reservation will be cancelled if any official complaint
is made regarding loud music, improper conduct or breach of
body corporate or municipal laws.
4. Parties:
Parties are not permitted on property without the Landlord's
prior written consent.
5. Liability:
The tenant will be liable for any damage to any part of the
property caused by any act, omission or neglect during their
occupancy.
6. Alterations:
No structural or cosmetic alteration to the apartment is allowed.
Limitation of Landlord's liability
The Landlord will not be not be liable for any injury or inconvenience
to the occupants or their guests. The Landlord will not be
liable for any damage to the occupant's property.
